All Mankind Has Lost Its Reason is a drama written by Mark Singer which tells the story of Weimar Germany from the end of World War I ๐ช through the rise of Hitler, following the lives of three friends as they experience the key political and cultural events of the era. The show includes over 20 songs ๐ถ from the period, performed by a cast of eight, and is illustrated by a series of projected images that show the events, art and personalities of an era that bears a startling resemblance to our own. The IndigiQueer supernatural thriller, kwรชskosรฎw (She Whistles), directed and written by Thirza Cuthand, delves into the missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls epidemic, and the increased violence and discrimination that Indigenous women face. Starring Sera-Lys McCarthur (Outlander, Monkey Beach) and Aidan Devine (A History of Violence, Suicide Squad) the award winning short-film was shot in Toronto and incorporates the myserious powers of the Northern Lights; it has been said that if one whistles at the northern lights, the ancestors will come and take you away.
