The Awakening is more than just an EP; it is an absolute journey through sound and time.

Gushing with acid synths, filthy low end, and glitchy upbeat tempos, we find ourselves falling into a beautiful dream state with Alderty. Taking after the ebb and flow of Charlesthefirst and Tipper, this EP truly creates an impact on our souls, mind and spirit. If you are looking to find yourself, you can seek refuge through 'The Awakening'.

When speaking with Alderty, he had the following to say about his new release:

"This EP has been inspired by my journey this past year. Learning to be a better soul through love. I sample some of my favorite teachers in some of few of the songs such as Ram Dass & Alan Watts. Many of these songs and making them have helped remind myself to continue to grow through love. I also sang on the tracks ' 'Release' and 'Groove'. This year's trials and tribulations have helped me create this EP and it's been worth all of the hard work and growth in my production as well."
