Don't overprogram your kids.
Every time your child says, "I'm bored!" you should be a proud parent.
Why??
Because we discover our own inner world and who we really are when we are in our own heads. This doesn't happen when our children are constantly busy with scheduled activities and entertained by TV, movies, video games, etc.
So, the next time your kiddo tells you they're bored you can say, "That's great to hear! Go into your room and discover who you really are!" You're doing the right right thing and it's perfectly okay if your child doesn't agree. :D
