They will face the winner of No. 1 Strathmore vs. No. 8 Corcoran
Cesar Chavez Girls Basketball grinds out a 39-36 win over Taft‼️
A touching moment from last nights game as Kennedy’s Daniel Rodriguez comes over to comfort McFarlands Oscar Lopez after the team missed the game winner.
The two guards battled all night with Rodriguez dropping 50 pts while Lopez scored 31 of McFarlands 🏀

Kennedy baseballs valley title win capped off a truly historic season for the Thunderbirds 🔰
At the second best spot we have Chavez Volleyball winning their 2021 SSL Title!
Our third best moment of 2021 is Kennedy Football securing its very first Delano City Title 🔰
The moment came after their wins over both Delano Chavez in the 2021 Football season.
At #4 on our list we have Chavez Softballs SSL Title! The Lady Titans finished the season 6-0 going undefeated in league play, and despite not entering the postseason accomplished much throughout their 2021 campaign. ⚔️
For our fifth top sports moment of 2021 we selected Delano High School Football’s end to their 16-game losing streak!
This came in week 1 against Chowchilla and ended in a 16-0 win for the Tigers. This eventually became one of three straight wins Delano would have to begin their 2021 campaign.
With six days remaining in 2021 here is our choice for the 6th best moment this year!
This game occurred April 9th between Delano and Kennedy and even though Kennedy and Chavez had played a game just days prior, served a symbolic purpose of surpassing the pandemic.
Kennedy went on to win the game 15-0 however both teams made it a great matchup to watch‼️
