Sometimes life has a way of kicking you in the chest to the point to where you feel as if the wind was knocked out of you. You are knocked down, fall to your knees, It's very difficult to breath, and hard to stand up. However, it is in these times we must put our trust in the Lord, and encourage ourselves in His Word.

Life is not always easy, and from time to time there will be misunderstandings and disappointments. Nevertheless, hold true to what the Word says and be encouraged.
