Being "broke" is a myth 🤷‍♂️ you either HAVE what you need, or you don't. Maybe you go a day without eating YOU WONT DIE. it's not dangerous to feel hunger, just drink water. Unless you're single digits body fat, you're just gonna burn some fat 🤷‍♂️ and you're not NOT taking care of yourself, because YOU couldn't eat. Call it a no spend day🤣

I could give examples ad nauseam. But I will not have to, in order to make my point.

What these things have in common, is the 2 fold reaction that happens in 99.9% of YOUR peer group, The people witnessing you achieve one, or even all of these things.

The 2 fold reaction(survival mechanism)

1.) Happiness, adoration,respect....
Again, you get the point. This is what the human experience depends on, but it MUST be genuine. If we empty our cup to everyone to try to "guarantee" that they love us, it will empty quickly. I'm learning my cup kind of stays full ALL THE TIME. I just had to learn to love the contents of MY cup and stop wishing i had what was in everyone else's 🤷‍♂️

2.) Jealousy, anger, resentment, hatred......these emotions are the ingredients to a fu***ng STRESSY AND MESSY 💅💅💅ANXIOUS and DEPRESSEY SEMI CHARMED kind of life(3rd eye blind) the ONLY WAY, to CONQUER these negative emotions is to FINALLY realize that you don't have to. Emotions can cause physical pain, I know this for a FACT. BUT! pain is our brain sending a message to a part of our body so we know, ok "hull integrity at less than 100% captain" *spock voice*
Can you do me a favor? The next time a negative emotion tries to control you, put your hands where you FEEL the negative emotions. Is it your belly? Maybe tightening in your chest? Now, put your hands to your side, and FEEL the physical pain of that emotion, you have been in pain for years, a little more INTENTIONAL pain WILL NOT KILL YOU.

FEEL THAT PAIN, WE ARE ALIVE!!!! We don't have to go to work, we don't have to pay our bills, keep our house clean........we GET to do all of these things. Once you realize that, life starts to move WAY to fast, and when it starts to feel like it's slipping away, just know this. 1 minute, will ALWAYS be 60 seconds. AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHAT EMOTIONS STAY WITH YOU IN THAT TIME! that's just the facts 🤷‍♂️ its not hippy dippy bu****it. You are your brain, and you RUN THE FU***NG SHOW! now act like it, Sorry I yelled, I love you!
