When the City of San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation hired The IMG Studio to create an animated video about Circular Economy and Deconstruction, I had no idea how far-reaching the impact would be.

🏙️ The animation helped the City of San Antonio adopt a deconstruction ordinance, making it the largest city in North America to champion this policy.

🎓 It’s now a go-to resource for professionals, advocates, and educators worldwide, even being featured in university curricula.

🌎 The NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION is using it on their website to educate residents about deconstruction and material reuse.

🍁 The Government of Canada included it as an example of international best practices in the circular economy.

Seeing how this animation is inspiring change globally has been really rewarding.

It’s proof that storytelling through animation can truly drive action and make a difference.

Congratulations to my incredible classmates from BizConnect! Together, we've successfully completed the nation's first BizConnect class, a groundbreaking program designed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

In partnership with the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, this pilot program has been a game-changer for small businesses. Through dedicated coaching by the AMAZING Heather Rose Boehme and networking opportunities, we've not only advanced our own economic success and resilience but also collectively strengthened the fabric of our local communities.
