Happy Independence Day Barrington!!! It’s looking to be a glorious day in the village, which is already bursting with activity in these wee hours!

Early risers were greeted with a beautiful sunrise. The street sweeper is hard at work. The 5K volunteers are busy setting up for the race. Families are prepping their chairs and blankets for the parade at 10am. The shops around town are looking festive!! 🇺🇸

The parade steps off at 10:30 a.m. from the Veterans Memorial on Park Ave., proceeds west on Main Street, left on Dundee Avenue, and right into Evergreen Cemetery. The ceremony at Evergreen Cemetery will begin following the parade.
