This last business trip we went to San Diego to capture photo and video for @amika @evahairnyc and @ethiqueworld. We truly stepped out of our comfort zones in any way that we could during this trip and our takeaway from this event really reflected that. Each individual on the IPM team is growth oriented and always looking for ways to improve, learn and perfect our profession. We have big personalities, and while we are professionals, we are human and real and goofy and fun. We want to show you our authentic selves because I believe that with authenticity is the only real way to truly connect with the people around you.
