Ok folks I have an opportunity for us to help some women’s shelters and foster homes! Troy Mata of HomeVita and HomeVita Mattress Factory is starting a new program called Dream Warriors. With every mattress purchased HomeVita will donate a Twin or Twin XL mattress to a women’s shelter or foster homes here in DFW. So here is how you can help! One buy a mattress from HomeVita. Two share this program with family and friends. Three comment on this post of organizations that may be beneficial to receiving these mattresses!! Let’s help as many as we can!! Some may ask why am I passionate about this well majority of it has to do with me just as a person. The other is honoring Kaylee Morris as much as I can and sharing her light to as many as I can. She was passionate about children and abuse overcomers. So any ideas of orgs will be beneficial and let’s bring light to those who desperately need it!!

Path of One is proud to promote this opportunity to give back! As an organization that works to help elevate others become the best version of themselves, giving back is a major part of this transformation for everyone. Path of One started as a way to give back and is in our DNA and it will always be part of who we are. This coming Tuesday, March 21st, between 3-11 at Lava Cantina The Colony a luggage drive is being held for children in Denton County in DCPS care. These children often times only have a trash bag to carry their belongings and to help give them some dignity, please bring any unused luggage or backpacks to Lava and stay for some great food, drinks, and Live Band Karaoke (7-11). Let us show these children that they are not alone, that they matter, and that they are loved!

Take the leap

Take the risk! Life is too short and there is no such thing as the right time. We focus so much on do I have the right job, enough money, the right home, etc etc that we miss some of the most beautiful things in life. We are all damaged in some way and healing takes a life time. Take the needed steps. Text that person you think about first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Who is the person that’s there when they are struggling to make sure you are okay! Who is the person that you’d call or text when the all hell breaks loose? Who is the person if you get great news you’d call? Say yes to the person that stays by your side regardless if you distance yourself during difficult times. You see we think life is a fairy tale and everything happens in this great elaborate movie scene; however, in actuality, life is a mess full of chaos, turns, ups and downs! If you are stuck on something, think does my passion align. Do they bring peace and love and calm. Take the chance even if you don’t feel ready. The best things in life are the things that scare the hell out of you!!

Take the leap!!! You’ll never know!!!

New chapters are beginning! Removing all the hinders, brings drama, gossip, and stagnation! I’m on a journey to accomplish what has been placed on my life! I welcome all that want to join in this journey and will shake off all that are hindering!! No more shallow relationships. No more gossip! No more drama!! Let’s Build each other up and others! Show love and encouragement! Walk beside each other and pull if needed. Be there for those in need and suffering. Give a hand up! Accomplish goals and dream big dreams! Love with all our being!!
