✨ABOUT LAST NIGHT✨

My heart is so full and truly speechless at the outpouring of love that was shown by family and friends to me and all the I Got You - God authors last night!

🙌🏾Every authors story and journey is so powerful and just amazed by their courage to vulnerablly share pieces of them to ignite, inspire and be a beacon of light to show even through the realness of life (cuz it gets real in these life streets) God’s Got You, always has and always will. There is hope, don't give up - YOUR STORY IS STILL UNFOLDING!

I did not imagine when I started this journey of writing this book the magnitude of joy I would feel in helping 6 women push, endure and birth not just their story but a new woman. A woman who is no longer defined by her story but can see the glory in it, a woman who knows she matters - she is on purpose and her story is meant to be told, a woman who can stand with even greater unshakeable faith to say “no matter the circumstance - I KNOW MY GOD HAS ME BECAUSE HE LOVES ME OUTRAGEOUSLY.
I did not know that I would be birthing the new woman in ME because as I held each authors hand and said, “ Let's do this” God was doing a work in me saying the same.
I no longer want what I think is best for me but instead desire GODS BEST FOR MY LIFE because Gods best for me will always be better than what I can imagine.
So, if you been waiting to write your book or just don't even know where to begin in telling your story inside you. I got you! Don't wait! Your yes will transform lives including yours🤗

I am still in AWE of the fact that after the nudge from God in 90 days, I gathered the women God destined to courageously share their journey and my first in the I Got You-God Series.

Wow! God is Good...and have to say thank you.

This milestone took a village, and thank everyone along the journey to get here, my parents, my family, all the women in my sisterhood, and of course, the authors who said yes and allowed me to help birth her story.

This is the first published work where I shared and poured out my heart (not holding anything back - raw and vulnerable) not only for the love of the reader but also for myself - that together we would find healing, expansion, growth, and transformation 🤎

As you read our book, I hope your journey back home to you and to hope is ignited, leaving you knowing without a doubt Gods Got You!

You know when you have a life-changing spiritual experience, and you try to go back to life's rhythm, but you can't because your body is calling you to , process, and integrate. That was me this past week.

So often, we experience moments in our lives that create a shift spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and energetically and don't give ourselves time to integrate and just move to the next. However, I want to invite you to consider a perspective shift as I did this week that gave me to disrupt the belief that only doing = productivity.

This week as I gave my body a chance to restore and integrate the divine shifts at my Malibu retreat hosted by Shannon Evette with The Sanctuary, I realized..... Being was the doing and slowing down to rest was the most productive thing I could do for myself to integrate the deep healing work that took place.

If you are like most of my clients, do you find it hard to slow down and allow being to be enough? Or do you measure productivity by doing because resting is not fully believed to be equally productive?

I invite you the next time you know you have a life-changing shift, take a to allow your body to catch up to the spiritual and energetic changes and evolution taking place in the seen and unseen.

Happy Fri-YAY!!!

Are you feeling stuck in a rut? When was the last time you just played, did something silly, or gave yourself permission to be a kid again?

Change is , and ladies today, let's disrupt the paradigm and belief that says, “you must be super serious because you're an adult - or - responsibility = there is no time for play.. right?”

I choose to disagree and challenge you to lean into this weekend with lots of , , , and mixed in.

Remember, adulting does not mean you can't play and let your inner child come out too!

✨Here is a perspective shift for all my overcoming who struggle with giving themselves permission to play and let their childlike wonder and curiosity explore ...

Instead of looking at all of what you have to do in the day and getting overwhelmed or immediately into non-stop go mode - pause and make it an adventure, take a moment to imagine the abundance and joy to be discovered in your fruitful day, and have fun finding it, like a treasure hunt!

Hey, there, powerhouse woman!
What are you not giving yourself permission to fully step into, UNAPOLOGETICALLY?
Rest?
A pause?
Play?
When was the last time you took the time to have fun? That’s right, with no to-do list!?
Just play that made you feel free like a kid again, filling you up with so much joy your cheeks hurt from smiling and your belly a little sore from laughing?
42% of women in the workplace report that they are burned out and this does not have to be you. I know you have been killing it with your goals, you charge forward and don’t stop ….until you have to. Why? Because that’s when you body and mind has said, ENOUGH!! (I know I’m telling on you 😂, but know it’s with love).
Let’s try another way and lean in to find that kid in you again, that sense of wonder, curiosity, creativity and play again. She’s not lost just needs to be nurtured and given some attention 🤎

✨” I haven't really done anything!!”✨

This is what my nonprofit ED client said today in our coaching session.
Before making this statement, she told me she had just hosted a community event, launched her Mother’s Day fundraising campaign, and received donations immediately after the launch. All while holding it down as a mom of 4!! ...and yet she still felt like she had not really done anything.

It’s no surprise, with the increasing demands on women both in the workplace and at home 42% of women in the workplace said they felt burned out (Women in the Workplace report) and yet we still conclude we are not “DOING” enough.
How many of you high achieving women can relate?

Well, I quickly reminded her like a mama bear of the list of accomplishments she just mentioned and glazed over and literally stopped in our session for her to take a moment and soak in her efforts and celebrate.
Yes, an applause 👏🏾👏🏽was in order, and why not. One thing that working with powerhouse women CEO’s & Executives and the Google Initiative has taught me is that we women must start celebrating ourselves more often. Big or small, a win is a win worthy of your celebration and self-validation.
The next time you find yourself saying, “I did not really do anything,” can you take a divine pause, recognize your genius and accomplishments and celebrate yourself.

WOMEN let's retire belittling our triumphs and feeling like we are not DOING enough (According to who and what standard🧐). When you are!!
Why? Because you are worthy of your praise... and sis, you did that thang, and you are remarkable!
