My heart is so full and truly speechless at the outpouring of love that was shown by family and friends to me and all the I Got You - God authors last night!

🙌🏾Every authors story and journey is so powerful and just amazed by their courage to vulnerablly share pieces of them to ignite, inspire and be a beacon of light to show even through the realness of life (cuz it gets real in these life streets) God’s Got You, always has and always will. There is hope, don't give up - YOUR STORY IS STILL UNFOLDING!

I did not imagine when I started this journey of writing this book the magnitude of joy I would feel in helping 6 women push, endure and birth not just their story but a new woman. A woman who is no longer defined by her story but can see the glory in it, a woman who knows she matters - she is on purpose and her story is meant to be told, a woman who can stand with even greater unshakeable faith to say “no matter the circumstance - I KNOW MY GOD HAS ME BECAUSE HE LOVES ME OUTRAGEOUSLY.
I did not know that I would be birthing the new woman in ME because as I held each authors hand and said, “ Let's do this” God was doing a work in me saying the same.
I no longer want what I think is best for me but instead desire GODS BEST FOR MY LIFE because Gods best for me will always be better than what I can imagine.

I am still in AWE of the fact that after the nudge from God in 90 days, I gathered the women God destined to courageously share their journey and my first in the I Got You-God Series.

Wow! God is Good...and have to say thank you.

This milestone took a village, and thank everyone along the journey to get here, my parents, my family, all the women in my sisterhood, and of course, the authors who said yes and allowed me to help birth her story.

This is the first published work where I shared and poured out my heart (not holding anything back - raw and vulnerable) not only for the love of the reader but also for myself - that together we would find healing, expansion, growth, and transformation 🤎

As you read our book, I hope your journey back home to you and to hope is ignited, leaving you knowing without a doubt Gods Got You!

You know when you have a life-changing spiritual experience, and you try to go back to life's rhythm, but you can't because your body is calling you to , process, and integrate. That was me this past week.

So often, we experience moments in our lives that create a shift spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and energetically and don't give ourselves time to integrate and just move to the next. However, I want to invite you to consider a perspective shift as I did this week that gave me to disrupt the belief that only doing = productivity.

This week as I gave my body a chance to restore and integrate the divine shifts at my Malibu retreat hosted by Shannon Evette with The Sanctuary, I realized..... Being was the doing and slowing down to rest was the most productive thing I could do for myself to integrate the deep healing work that took place.

If you are like most of my clients, do you find it hard to slow down and allow being to be enough? Or do you measure productivity by doing because resting is not fully believed to be equally productive?

I invite you the next time you know you have a life-changing shift, take a to allow your body to catch up to the spiritual and energetic changes and evolution taking place in the seen and unseen.

Are you feeling stuck in a rut? When was the last time you just played, did something silly, or gave yourself permission to be a kid again?

Change is , and ladies today, let's disrupt the paradigm and belief that says, “you must be super serious because you're an adult - or - responsibility = there is no time for play.. right?”

I choose to disagree and challenge you to lean into this weekend with lots of , , , and mixed in.

Remember, adulting does not mean you can't play and let your inner child come out too!

✨Here is a perspective shift for all my overcoming who struggle with giving themselves permission to play and let their childlike wonder and curiosity explore ...

Instead of looking at all of what you have to do in the day and getting overwhelmed or immediately into non-stop go mode - pause and make it an adventure, take a moment to imagine the abundance and joy to be discovered in your fruitful day, and have fun finding it, like a treasure hunt!

What are you not giving yourself permission to fully step into, UNAPOLOGETICALLY?
Rest?
A pause?
Play?
When was the last time you took the time to have fun? That’s right, with no to-do list!?
Just play that made you feel free like a kid again, filling you up with so much joy your cheeks hurt from smiling and your belly a little sore from laughing?
42% of women in the workplace report that they are burned out and this does not have to be you. I know you have been killing it with your goals, you charge forward and don’t stop ….until you have to. Why? Because that’s when you body and mind has said, ENOUGH!! (I know I’m telling on you 😂, but know it’s with love).
Let’s try another way and lean in to find that kid in you again, that sense of wonder, curiosity, creativity and play again. She’s not lost just needs to be nurtured and given some attention 🤎

✨” I haven't really done anything!!”✨

This is what my nonprofit ED client said today in our coaching session.
Before making this statement, she told me she had just hosted a community event, launched her Mother’s Day fundraising campaign, and received donations immediately after the launch. All while holding it down as a mom of 4!! ...and yet she still felt like she had not really done anything.

It’s no surprise, with the increasing demands on women both in the workplace and at home 42% of women in the workplace said they felt burned out (Women in the Workplace report) and yet we still conclude we are not “DOING” enough.
How many of you high achieving women can relate?

Well, I quickly reminded her like a mama bear of the list of accomplishments she just mentioned and glazed over and literally stopped in our session for her to take a moment and soak in her efforts and celebrate.
Yes, an applause 👏🏾👏🏽was in order, and why not. One thing that working with powerhouse women CEO’s & Executives and the Google Initiative has taught me is that we women must start celebrating ourselves more often. Big or small, a win is a win worthy of your celebration and self-validation.
The next time you find yourself saying, “I did not really do anything,” can you take a divine pause, recognize your genius and accomplishments and celebrate yourself.

WOMEN let's retire belittling our triumphs and feeling like we are not DOING enough (According to who and what standard🧐). When you are!!
Why? Because you are worthy of your praise... and sis, you did that thang, and you are remarkable!

This is a loving reminder to take a Divine Pause, enjoy life, and BE IN THE MOMENT. I remember the many days I told myself and my kids I was too busy to sit down and play, or too tired to go outside, or the moments I would physically be there but my mind was off thinking about my to do list or busy on the phone writing an email.... I WAS NOT THERE IN THE MOMENT WITH THEM. One thing this pandemic has taught me is not to take anything for granted. Be intentional and take time to have fun, play, be with your family and create the moments that will last a lifetime. PARENTS: If you are saying, yeah thats cute but I really don't have time. Then my question to you is what do you value? And does your time reflect what you value most? ... And if not know you can make a change today... It's not about how long, it's about QUALITY! * WHEN YOU ARE TOGETHER ARE YOU FULLY PRESENT? Even 5 minutes just giving your kids a hug or asking them about their day or doing an activity with them makes all the difference. Get creative!!... And have fun😊 and if you need ideas DM me ❤️

“Balance does not exist, but harmony can.” Right now, everything is constantly changing, there are so many unknowns, and the uncertain feels like the only sure thing. I get it and feel it, too and encourage you to embrace, grasp, and hold on to harmony vs. balance. Harmony is …. ✨your peace ✨your grace ✨your self-compassion ✨your ability to pivot and adapt when needed, not to hold on so tight to how “it should be,” but rather to be present with the moment (or the mountain) and consciously make a decision to lean in and move in the direction of flow that activates peace in your mind - body - and spirit. Harmony is your superpower to move thru the mountain!!! Let’s put this into action… 1. Evaluate your expectations - are you too hard on yourself? Please be kind to you - you are doing your best! 2. When things are not going as planned / or even when they are - make taking a DIVINE PAUSE a necessity to refuel, reset and realign - breath 🧘🏽‍♀️ meditate, connect up, pray, go for a walk, listen to music, journal, etc... 3. Plan accordingly! Set yourself up for joy and fulfillment by aligning your life with your values. Does your time reflect what you value? Are you doing more of what lights you up and brings you joy are are you sleepwalking thru life getting by? Get into Divine Alignment with your purpose, kingdom assignment and who you are called to be, and start living LIFE BY DESIGN vs. default. 4. Commit to being a peacemaker for you and your well-being. The beauty of choosing peace is that it does not only benefit you, but everyone in your atmosphere benefits from you shifting your vibration. The reality is the day, the situation, the circumstance may not go as you hoped, yet you can still find your harmony and peace and know all things are working out for your highest good (Romans 8:28). Why? Because God is faithful always and the only sure thing in uncertain times. How will you commit to harmony today?

What old story has been on repeat in your mind, in your life? The time is now to release it so that you can walk boldly into your new belief, your new way of being, your becoming. I feel someone needs to hear that... It’s time to let go, you are not your old story today, what you learned to cope and survive then does not have the same purpose now. Make room in this new season for your NEW, for your future is too great. ✨Would you please take a DIVINE PAUSE with me, take a deep breath and let’s expand our faith and rewire our brain with mindfulness and metacognition to create a new path? Repeat after me… Today I affirm I am not my past. I am more than able and worthy of every Good and perfect gift God has for me. I am right on time. I have missed out on nothing. I operate in Divine alignment with God’s Best for me. It does not have to be hard and I release the notion that my joy and success has to come with struggle. I open myself to receive the blessings with my name on it, and today I choose to believe again and believe bigger. Today I expect miracles to happen in and thru my life. For me, one of the many ways this happens is through monthly Mommy+Daughter and Mommy+Son Dates that the kids and I look forward to. If you have not had a date with your kid ever or in a while.. Plan it and create your legacy moments that will last a lifetime 💕

Happy Mother’s Day Poem to YOU💕💐 You are incredible, more than amazing... 💐you are a warrior 💐you are a light 💐you Queen are a force of nature, God’s beauty manifest. The way you nurture and care for you and others let the people in the back know who & whose you are. What you do and how you do it with so much heart all wrapped up in a day is like no other. You uniquely pave your path your way. Oh!! how you move with so much love, grace and a whole lot of creative messy imperfect action, because as you say, “I am divinely perfectly imperfect and messy is okay”. You trust in the promises of God standing firm believing in possibility, for nothing is impossible with God when God is near. For the lens you see yourself with is clear, you see the God within, the greatness of you and know you are loved unconditionally, unapologetically and forever more - nothing or no one can separate you from the love of Jesus. You know you are worthy of rest and you embrace it, along with every good and perfect gift in this world that has your name on it. You are a legacy shifter and maker, a treasure to be treasured! Thank you for being you, the leader, the one who does the inner work to let the outer shine be a mirror to the inside, the kisser of boo boo’s and endless hugs to your babies. ✨I mean, when God shows up God shows out✨ In this new season of my life, I literally went from corporate executive climbing the ladder of “so called” success overwhelmed and burnout, to being let go because of the pandemic. I say, this to encourage that women who is in a season of uncertainty, feeling like she has .. ✨ failed ✨lost everything she knew ✨lost her identity because it was wrapped in the old version of what she is leaving behind, and being called to go on a journey to become the “more” in her life she has been waiting for. I want you to know God’s got you!! In the midst of uncertainty you serve a certain God who is the same yesterday and today and will always do what you think is great - EVEN BETTER!
