Excessive stress can have a devastating impact on your physical, mental and emotional well-being and it’s critical that we learn how to eliminate and/or manage it.

Recently I shared how I was able to lose almost 40 pounds I gained as a result of having to cope with remaining in a “fight or flight” state DAILY for an extended period of time. It was a really honest conversation about how the trauma I experienced along with having PCOS negatively affected my behaviors and body during that time. I also shared the tools and resources I used to improve my physical, mental and emotional health while in the midst of it.
