Just a dog and his ball... Congo... is waiting for his forever family at the Humane Society of Wicomico County. He is also a contender for the cover of Bark of the Town 2024 and already scheduled to model Delmarva Unleashed Destination Dog Collars this year. Why is this dog still waiting at the shelter? He checks all the boxes as a great dog and has a public image to boot! Please help us help Congo find a forever home.
