Happy Holidays! ❄️

2024 was a busy year for Cortina and we were happy to celebrate with our annual end of year events, including our year in review presentation, secret Cortini gift exchange, donations to Comfort Cases, and a holiday party at a local restaurant.

We hope our friends and colleagues have a wonderful holiday season! Cortina Productions will be closed 12/24-12/26 and 12/31-1/1 to give our staff some well deserved time off.

First Lady Jill Biden gives TODAY a first look inside the new interactive exhibit called “The People’s House” in Washington D.C. It features a 360-degree projection that transports visitors into spaces inside the White House, a full-scale reproduction of the Oval Office and more.

We are excited to announce the grand opening of The People's House: A White House Experience! This immersive educational adventure offers a free, behind-the-scenes peek into the rich history of the Executive Mansion, conveniently located just a block away from the White House itself.

Working closely with the The White House Historical Association, Ralph Appelbaum Associates, and Design and Production Incorporated, Cortina Productions created a series of immersive interactive moments transporting visitors into the White House.

With her background in UX design and arts education, Olivia brings demonstrated artistry and creative approaches. We are very excited to announce that Erin Wiegman has joined the Cortina Productions team as a Technical Artist! Erin brings a background in creating large-scale interactives for museums as well as a passion for user experience design and accessibility. She will be working with our interactive design team as well as our programming team to bridge the gap between art and technology, ensuring seamless integration of visual assets and interactive elements in our multimedia projects.

We are very excited to announce that Alex Averill has joined the Cortina Productions team as a Software Engineer! Alex brings a background in exhibit software development and k-12 educational programming. Souls of the Game: Voices of Black Baseball is officially open at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum!

Cortina Productions designed and produced an interactive that incorporates over 100 interview clips of past and present Black baseball players who offer first-person accounts of their experiences playing the game.
