DJ Carmie

DJ Carmie DJ Carmie is Owner and CEO of www.partytrainradio.com. The station was started in 2009 in Jacksonville Fl. Today this station has grown beyond what she dreamed.

Born and raised in the small town in Georgia, Dj Carmie was the youngest of 6 kids born to Pauline Davis. Growing up she always loved music, even spinning at the age of 5 years old when she was able to learn how to put a record on a turn-table and play records to entertain her mom's friends on the weekend. Trying to sing, playing and listening to music was her hobby as a child. Dj Carmie has alway

s played music online since an outlet to share music online first begin. Playing music in voice chats became the norm for her in the 90s. DJ Carmie always looked for a way to share her music to the masses. Throughout the years she would listen to a lot of local independent talent on and offline and this encouraged her to start her own internet radio station in 2009. The station was a platform to give these independent artists an opportunity to get heard on a worldwide scale. She realized there was so much talent off air, so she started her very own radio station, KPTR Party Train Radio (2009) to let these artists shine. KPTR has thousands of fans worldwide. DJ Carmie also started WJSJ Jazz Sweet Jazz in (2017), owner of Wrnb-db (2021), Owner of Hiphop Forum Digital Magazine (2019) and is now one of the Brand Ambassadors of DRT (Digital Radio Tracker). I DON’T CARE HOW GIFTED YOU ARE. I DON’T CARE HOW GOOD YOU ARE AT DOING WHAT YOU DO. YOU CAN BE REPLACED. HUMBLE YOURSELF. DON’T LET YOUR CUP RUN EMPTY BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDE.

♫ DJ Carmie Speaks!

Which is more important for your finished track, professional mix and mastering of your song or a full HD video you paid 300-1000 for?🤔🤔🤔

Upon browsing my time-line and some groups. I have ran across a lot of great videos, but the music is totally not mixed properly. A professional video is not going to make your music sound any better. Make sure you are investing in your music the proper way and not wasting money on something that's not going to benefit you on your musical journey.

Always invest in the professional production of your music first, before you move forward to bigger projects. That's like putting icing on the cake and you haven't even put it in the oven to bake it yet. It's only going to be one big mess.

Also when producing your songs, try to make sure you capture your listeners early in the song. Some people don't know how important the music is for any song. Some songs in the past only made it because it had a slamming beat that people could feel before the artist even started to sing or rap in it.

Most of the time if the first 10-15 secs of your song is not poppin, you will lose your listener right away.

Work on getting the attention of your fans first before you tell your story. Music (A Beat) in a song is like the blood that pumps through our veins. It can make or break your song.
I hope this little information I shared will help or enlighten some of you.

If you need help mix and mastering your music or if you are not sure what that is, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help you.

Have a great week INDIES! ❤ Love my indies til my last breath!
❤ Love DJ Carmie Scott

Prayers for Krayzie Bone!

Sending up prayers for Krayzie Bone Of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony 🙏🙏🙏

Krayzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is reportedly in the hospital fighting for his life. According to inside sources, Krayzie checked himself into a Los Angeles area hospital on Friday (September 22) after he started coughing up large amounts of blood. Krayzie suffers from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease in which the immune system overreacts, causing groups of cells to form clusters of inflamed tissue called “granulomas” in one or more organs of the body.
