A Black History Moment for Truth Seekers...

Michael Jackson refused to further the whitewashed lie of Kemet (Ancient Egypt). While Steven Spielberg and David Geffen refused to support or be apart of the production of the short film/music video, MJ remained steadfast.

He financially funded his own vision for the film to make the classic, “Do you remember the time.”!

The title of the song "Do you remember the time?" serves as a Sankofa metaphor for the Black African Diaspora to 1. Remember our Love for each other. 2. Know our History & the Royalty that we come from. Only then, can we Return to our true ancestral roots.

It stands today as only true depiction of Kemet as it was. What a lesson for us to Invest in ourselves when no one believes in our vision.
