The Inbound Transportation Coordinator is the liaison between our internal Inventory Planning, Merchandising and Distribution departments and our Inbound transportation partners. This role is responsible for providing inbound shipment schedule visibility, promoting clear and accurate data transmission to our Inbound partners and helping to ensure timely and efficient shipment of our goods. This person will also create and maintain Inbound shipping key performance metrics.

• Provide PO and shipment data to our Inbound freight partners to help them to get our shipments to us timely and cost effectively,
• Create and communicate a shipment tracker for all Inbound shipments,
• Help to optimize our shipment receipts through providing input on when to expedite (air, tandem trucks) and when to hold for optimal holistic AMK costs,

The Inventory Planner will be responsible for managing and planning sales and inventory for catalog and web customers and will place orders to maintain inventory by using our forecasting system. Work closely with various departments, such as Merchandising, Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, and Receiving to maintain excellent optimal servicing for our external customers.

Predict future sales for merchandise that we advertise based on trends and analysis

Analyst on the Analytics team in the Marketing Department. The analyst will provide support to the team in many areas of the modeling lifecycle process with the primary responsibility of applying legacy predictive models to datasets (aka, scoring). The predicted outcomes that result from this process will be used to identify the best set of customers for an upcoming direct mail catalog campaign.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to quickly develop an understanding of the process. Additionally, a strong candidate will have an analytical mindset, pay great attention to detail, and have the ability work independently while successfully working in a team environment. This position is deadline intensive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ordering data; update results and look for errors or abnormalities.

Payroll-Performs all activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents.

Accounts Payable-Performs activities including but not limited to vouchering invoices, check matching, filing, and opening mail. Additional responsibilities in assisting with monthly and annual closings as well as audits.

Prepares and transmits payroll to ADP/Kronos, checking for accuracy of payroll numbers before and upon receipt of checks. Distributes checks and answers employee questions about their pay. Employee Record maintenance, terminations, as well as reconciliations for quarterly and annual reporting.

Ensures that timekeeping follows company policy and law; answers questions from supervisors.
Deducts and reimburses for benefits changes. Send employee contribution files to vendors.
As main contact for 401k, processes loans and hardship withdrawals.
Vouchering invoices, matching checks to invoices, code invoices for vouchering, filing, and assisting with opening the mail.

Associate degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school. CPP designation is preferred.
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years payroll experience. Kronos experience preferred but not required. AP experience preferred, especially vouchering invoices. Basic level of accounting knowledge preferred.

The Senior Buyer is responsible for developing assortment that will achieve the financial goals of all areas of his or her responsibility. They must have strong analytical skills matched with a creative eye, entrepreneurial spirit and vision for their business.

The Senior Buyer must be a clear communicator who can articulate a vision for his or her assortment, possess the ability to influence others and demonstrate a nimbleness when problem solving.
The Senior Buyer partners with the Catalog Director by providing products that support the overall business strategy.

This is not just a technical position, but a marketing/consumer/business person with strong analytical skill set. Must be hands on in this analytical role, with strong SQL skillset.
• Run weekly Financial analyses of unit contribution considering various costs, scenario analysis for Finance and Marketing department reports to management.
• Assist Marketing with financials to create factors based on prior year performance to inform their future catalog budget plans.

• Advanced T-SQL skills (3+ Years)
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar BI-reporting and dash boarding tools (Power BI, Tableau) – both from a report-design perspective and from hands-on delivery/refinement to end user needs. • Data manipulation, transformation, and automation using SQL to transform files from outside vendor for very complex holdout (A/B) test scenarios.
