Two & a half years ago, I was stuck in a job I hated, commuting two hours a day, working for people who didn’t share my values. A dream blossomed in that office — my own business, working my own hours, creating real change for other small businesses owners in my town. A way for me to use my skills, my creativity & talent to spread the word about the cool things happening throughout Sheboygan & beyond. I left that big office that I dreaded showing up to everyday & launched my social media management business.

It was a big step, so I took a part time job to supplement my income while I was getting started. Today, I walked out of that part time job for the last time 🎉 I’m building the life of my dreams & I couldn’t be more proud.

I’m so thankful for my amazing clients — fellow small business owners who took a chance on me & trust me to build their businesses alongside my own. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏻

I’m getting pretty damn close to rambling (or are we already there?) so I’m going to cut myself off 😂 but one more v important thank you to my husband for being the first person to believe in my dream & continuing to encourage me every step of the way. I couldn’t do this without you 😘

Cheers to being a full time business owner! I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

an extremely accurate representation of what most of my days look like.

working from home with a toddler is not glamorous. it’s not easy or relaxing, and a good portion of the time, it’s borderline impossible. i’m used as a human jungle gym while trying to edit photos; i’m berated by a chorus of “up! up! up!” each time i dare try to sit on a chair alone; there’s a constant hum of toddler babbles in the background of all my client meetings.

but in just two years, she’ll be off to preschool, and i’ll be missing every minute of this current chaos. soaking it up while i get the chance ♥️

it’s my business birthday! year two was a rollercoaster ride with the lowest lows & the highest highs — but 365 days of exponential growth, both personal and professional, was just what i needed. in just over two years, i’ve turned a tiny side hustle into a 20K part-time business — while pregnant, nursing, chasing a toddler, and in the midst of a global pandemic. i am achingly proud and well aware that the best is yet to come ✨ three is my favorite number, after all...
