Whenever we feel stuck, a tendency can be to do the same thing and expect a different result. This is from habits and patterns that we’ve created throughout our life. We can often feel trapped in these looped patterns.
It takes 21 days to build a new circuitry and 90 days to solidify a new habit. I invite you into a practice of mine that you can do at any time. It’s preferable to practice when you are in a neutral state to prepare for when you feel challenged or stuck. I pray that this method will bring ease and beauty into your life.

Step 1️⃣
Take a moment and tune into the way you are feeling.
Step 2️⃣
Close your eyes and place a hand on the area of your body that you feel the most tension.
Step 3️⃣
Breath in love
Exhale forgiveness
Breath in peace
Exhale fear
Breath in hope
Exhale dispair
Breath in compassion
Exhale judgment
Breath in joy
Exhale fear
Step 4️⃣
Notice the difference in how you feel.
Remember, we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. It’s not about shutting one off or discounting ones purpose. It’s about aligning them together — body, mind, and spirit.
We are in essence WHOLE. There is nothing to be fixed, we are not broken. It can be easy to forget that when we have experienced challenges in our lives. The purpose of our existence is to remember our wholeness — the truth of who we are.
