Diode Communications has completed its Jefferson County Rural Fiber broadband project, offering high speed internet to rural homes.

Construction Update!

We are pleased to announce that we have completed our Nebraska Broadband Bridge 2 Grant project! This project is now bringing fiber optic broadband to approximately 100 rural homes via 48 miles of buried fiber. We would like to thank everyone involved in this project and thank our customers for their patience during construction. We are excited to start our Bridge 3 Grant project and bring fiber to more families in areas of Jefferson County!

UPDATE 6/25 at 3:30pm:
The heat continues to affect areas around Clatonia, Daykin, Dewitt, Hallam, and Cortland. Our team is doing what they can to mitigate this, so wireless service may be sporadic in the meantime.

UPDATE 6/25 at 9:00am:
Our team has resolved outages everywhere except our Daykin site. They are currently working to get that site resolved. We appreciate everyone's patience during this time!

Due to extreme temperatures today, our equipment at various sites has overheated, causing some outages across our service territory. Our team is working as quickly as possible to try and mitigate the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
