Be careful with your choice of words when you are in "hyper" state.

Watch what you say and do when you are very angry, also watch your moves, reaction and words when you are very happy.

Don't expose things that are meant to be secret when you are happy, and don't be too negative with your reactions when you are angry.

In all the extremes of emotion, try and be smart and emotionally intelligent not to overdo because, some words said can't be retracted, some negative actions can't be erased.

Be wiser, be smarter, that is the way to go.

Above all, be EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT.

Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri is indeed a superstar. Within a year, she has made these three people stars in the Nigerian movie industry; Chidi D**e, Stefania Bassey and Eronini Osinachim.

She took interest in them same way someone showed her in the past.

Ruth Kadiri was born to Mr. & Mrs. Aiwumuagbonrie Kadiri. She hails from Uhumuode Local Government Area of Edo State.

She was born Linda Aiwumuagbonrie Kadiri before she had her name changed to Ruth Kadiri.

She attended her nursery school education at Word of Faith Nursery School owned by the late Benson Idahosa of Edo State.

Later, her family moved to Lagos State where she attended her primary and secondary school education at First Foundation College, Lagos and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

Like a rose, she blossomed. She then proceeded to Yaba College of Technology and bagged a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration and later went to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication.

Ruth Kadiri started her acting career at the age of ten, in church programmes as at then, inspired by Liz Benson and Omotola Jalade Ekeinde.

She later joined the Nigerian movie industry with the help of a family friend, Paul Obazele, where she worked on his TV programme known as "Legends of Nollywood" as a presenter.

She then met two film directors and screenwriters, Yonka Ogun and Pascal Amanfo. They inspired her writing but Late Victor Eze, a screenwriter and director, personally took his time to become her teacher for free.

Ruth Kadiri passed and became a certified screenwriter. Her acting career has metamorphosed and she has won series of awards with her story and screenplay "Heart of a Fighter" and "Sincerity".

These two movies shot her acting and writing career to the top.

Now, Ruth Kadiri has become a superstar in the Nigerian movie industry, raising more stars to stardom. She is amazing.

****Sheila Courage, Isreal DMW’s Estranged Wife Accuses Him of Beating Up Her Mother, Exposes All Evils Going on In Their Marriage

Sheila, the spouse of Davido’s Logistics Manager, Israel Afeare, known as Israel DMW, has stated that her husband should be held responsible if she or any of her family members are harmed.

The former beauty queen raised the alarm on Saturday, expressing concern for her life and the safety of her family members.

She alleged that Israel, along with hoodlums, invaded her mother’s shop to harass her.

Sheila made the allegation while responding to Israel DMW’s claims of fraud and his assertion that she left their marriage upon gaining fame.

Contrary to Israel’s depiction of her family as “gold diggers,” she emphasized her family’s affluent background, revealing that her father and former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomole, are first cousins.

In a lengthy note, she wrote;

“If anything happens to me or any member of my family should be held responsible!!! Going to my mums shop to beat her up?? You wan kill pikin kill mama join?? This isn’t even something to be quiet about at this point, .

I was going to post this just yesterday! I held back because aside involving the police I reached out to someone I believe could reach him and would act on it, I say make I no forward so I don’t get the “Oh you shouldn’t have brought it online” yadayadayda!! This man carried boys to harrass my mum at her shop!!!

Both the phone and the generator he collected from my mum yesterday was immediately replaced by my dad. Everything Isreal ever did he was never asked or coerced! He just always thinks doing all this little things would cover up his demonic attitude.

Saying this might be petty but Idc he didn’t get me my first iPhone 411) even my younger sister dey use iPhone when I meet you isreal and I was using an iPhone too (I know you suffer partial memory loss).”

A fully separate girl I met with just N2,700 in her account - Davido's Aide, Isreal DMW, Announces Marriage Crash

Davido's Logistics Manager, Isreal Afeare, popularly known as Isreal DMW, shared news of the end of his marriage to his wife, Sheila, in an Instagram post on Saturday.

In his detailed account, Isreal DMW revealed that Sheila left their home on August 8, 2023, despite his substantial support since their marriage.

Israel also detailed acts of generosity, such as providing financial support, upgrading her phone, and indulging in shopping sprees for her.

Despite these efforts, he described a shift in Sheila's behaviour after their wedding, where she sought to impose standards on him, believing she had achieved status as a prominent figure on Instagram.

Additionally, Isreal DMW pointed out that marrying someone from a Christian background and being a virgin did not ensure peace in his case.

He highlighted that his wife accused him of being a slave to his boss, Davido.

He said, "Marrying a lady because you met her during evangelism as a virgin, a pastor's daughter, a member of the same Winners Chapel church, might not guarantee anything peace at all. Don't be too eager or quick to trust people. People can change at any time.

"People can be very ungrateful and deceptive. I met Sheila on February 19, 2022. We became friends, which later became intimate.

"She told me she would only lose her virginity to the man that would marry her since her Ugep, Cross River, mother, who's now 41, had earlier married two different men, with two kids, before marrying her father and that she was overdue at 21 for marriage.

"We fully agreed with her terms and conditions. I immediately upgraded her unkept situation by giving her 300k and replacing her tattered phone of less than 60k with a new iPhone 12 Pro Max of 860k in less than two weeks.

"I later also replaced the 12 Pro Max with a brand 14 Pro Max of 1.2m that she uses to slay. I did a lot of shopping for her.

"Bought her clothes and bags, including expensive human hairs she's using without sleeping with her then. I later proposed, and she fully accepted. We later did a legal introduction to traditional and white weddings in Benin City.

"Sheila immediately changed by showing her authentic self after our wedding and wanting to set standards for me. She now felt she was blown as Juju's wife, fully verified on Instagram, with more followers from her earlier struggling 3k followers when I met her.

"A fully sapa girl I met with just 2,700 in her account. I have never raised my hands on her any day. I don't beat women at all. I respect them so much. The least money for her upkeep was 100k. She now wakes up to tell me that I derive dignity in begging my oga, that I am fully a slave, and that I am disgracing her on social media.

"I had earlier taken her to show same oga for the first time before we wedded when we were in Abuja Transcorp Hilton, and oga asked her straight forward if she was ready for marriage, and she fully answered by saying yes and oga immediately gave her 500k for airtime. Oga was fully present in Benin for my wedding, after cancelling a 140m show appearance. Oga,"
