Question? After watching Joe Biden’s speech tonight. Wouldn’t it give Kamala the power she needs and a better chance to win if he turns the presidency over to her now? Then she is running as an incumbent. She can set her own policy now regarding Israel and the Palestinians, and If he truly believes she’s the one to move it further and save Democracy, if what he said is true and he’s stepping down to save the country. He could give her the power now! That is the game changer. What do you think?

This is political policy at work. Your property taxes are high because politicians who are supposed to be representing you are representing big business. I thought the Democrats are supposed to be representing the middle and lower class. Take it from me, so many are calling the radio show because they are losing their homes because they cannot pay their property taxes. They get our votes, get in offices and give the resources to the donors! That’s why we have to select our own, fund them, vote for them and then hold them accountable!

Since the black community has been allowed to vote. WE VOTE!!! Not everyone of us, but a very large percentage do vote. Overwhelmingly, we have voted for the Democratic Party because that party for the most part espoused the ideals that so many in the past considered our best interest. Even with that, as time moved on, the party move away from the ideas that benefited us as much but our voting muscle memory caused us to hold strong to what we were familiar with. Our numbers in elections kept dropping and in 2008, we came all the way alive with pride and the prospect of the first Black president!!! Barack Obama!!! We felt good, but many didn’t see the power of the position rain on us with policy and resources just for us! The potential black vote numbers looked bad for Democrats at the end of Joe Biden’s time and so the Democrats are throwing some more juicy red meat at us again. Neglected people feed off symbolism, and they know that. The Question is, ARE WE GOING TO JUST GO FOR THE PRIDE AND GOOD FEELING? WHO IS THE TEAM THAT IS NEGOTIATING OUR ASKS NOW? WHAT DO WE WANT? THE ASIANS GOT MONEY AND A HATE CRIME BILL AFTER BLACK FOLKS SWEPT BIDEN INTO OFFICE! WE NEED THINGS/RESOUCES. The 2030 census is in 6 years. With the newly undocumented being counted, Black numbers will be diminished to a greater degree. This means federal resources will be limited our way. ARE WE GOING TO SETTLE FOR A GOOD FEELING AGAIN THIS TIME? While we are raising money and getting out the vote with pride, Other groups are meeting with the party bosses to carve up the pie. REMEMBER IN POLITICS, YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU DESERVE, YOU GET WHAT YOU NEGOTIATE!!! WHAT DO WE WANT!!!!

What if Black men and women funding our own political action committee (pac) and raised 1.6 million dollars a month, and used the funds to identify our own candidates for elective office in local and national races, then we funded those candidates, then we voted for those candidates and held them accountable? Just so you are aware. The person that will get to be the nominee of the Democratic Party is the one who can come up with the most money to grease the most palms. Delegates ain’t free! Kamala,JB,Newsome etc who will it be? If they really wanted Kamala to have it, Biden would have stepped down now and Kamala would be president. Now it’s a money bidding war and they have about 30 days to raise money to buy the spot before the convention.

Right now the current government is allowing Black rock to purchase every single family home possible with no restrictions! By 2030, Blackrock looks to own 60% of all single family homes. Never to sell them, only to rent them for up to 5k per month. 60% of black wealth has been derived through real estate. With 60% of the homes gone, This will further inflate the cost of the remaining short supply of homes. THIS IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!! Not in 2025. This will impact real estate and key sectors of the Black economy!!
