How many hours a week do you dedicate to aerial specific training. 🏋️ Here are some general guidelines, but keep in mind that these are not strict rules.

Beginners: Those new to aerial arts may start with 1-3 hours of training per week. This allows them to gradually build strength, flexibility, and skill proficiency while minimizing the risk of overtraining.

Intermediate Aerialists: As aerialists progress in their training, they often increase their training hours. Intermediate practitioners may train 3-6 hours per week, dedicating time to both skill development and conditioning.

Advanced Aerialists: Advanced aerialists who are actively performing or competing may train more intensively, ranging from 6-15 hours or more per week. This includes not only skill training but also focused conditioning, routine rehearsals, and performance preparation.

Professional Aerialists: Professional performers or those training at a competitive level may have more structured and extensive training schedules, ranging from 15-30 hours per week or even more. This level of commitment is necessary for maintaining peak performance and honing advanced skills.

It's important to note that training intensity matters as much as the number of hours. Aerial training can be physically demanding, and adequate rest and recovery are crucial to prevent injuries and allow the body to adapt positively to the training stimulus.
