Hudson Dennis 6’2 15 years old I’m proud of this kid…

Notre Dame swimmer, and basketball player. He had people that trained with him, that were more talented than him, and he never budged.

He continue to keep his head down and grind out the process and trust me along the way. There was many times he almost died, but he made it through. There were plenty of times he wanted to quit but he didn’t.

Thank you to his dad for trusting in me as a person and in my process, even though it’s not the same as when he trained as a kid.

Tested here at Be Chosen Fitness his standing vertical was 26.2 now is 34.4. His lateral quickness in the 5/10/10 was 4.55 now it is 2.96… As of now his running vertical is 39.2. man came to me with no definition in his legs and upper getting there 💪🏿 WE GOT MORE WORK TO DO‼️

Impressive win for the SEMO PREP MBB Huskies after being up 16 in the first half. They found themselves down by 9. The last 6 mins they found a way to pull it together and get the win‼️

Great job to everyone who competed let’s continue moving forward. Coach Booker got heated to rally his team, that’s exactly what the players needed to wake up.
