F R A C T U R E (.ture_ ) is looking for a lead vocalist. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the style of music we create and is looking to join us in our upcoming endeavors as a band. The audition will be for a song we plan to release very soon (more info about the track listed at the bottom of this post). You must write vocals for the whole track (can be one main vocal or an entire arrangement/production). Here are a few requirements needed if you decide that you’d like to audition:
- Can do clean singing with a versatile range/style to their voice as well as screams and can easily switch between the two
- Know how to write vocals that fits the style of music we make (metalcore, shoegaze, thall, etc)
- Must film yourself after recording your vocals (can be a one take but miming is fine)
- Must have experience with performing live/stage presence (can talk to a crowd and engage with them)
- Must be USA based (California preferred in the OC/LA area)
- Able to commit to rehearsals every week.
- Able to commit to shows, photoshoots, tours, etc
- Able to record/produce high quality vocals (not a dealbreaker but would be preferred)
