I had no idea until a friend called me last night, but I was listed on the MPSE golden reel nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing - Game Dialogue for the last Call of Duty! The awards already happened and COD didn’t win, but this and CAS are pretty much the premiere awards in sound, so it was pretty cool to find out

I literally only did a week or two of editing on it to help them meet a deadline so I kind of forgot about it 😂

Akahon Audio

Akahon can refer to early kusazōshi that were produced during the latter seventeenth and early eighteenth century in Japan. They cover a wide variety of topics, and were often read by children. The meaning of akahon is red book.

It can also refer to cheaply printed books aimed at children from the Meiji period through the postwar era, during which time the term most was most often used to refer to comic books.
