Here's a fun video for a change. No one paid me for it. I did it for the love of video production. It features many photographers, including my friend Elisif Brandon. Keep in mind I was tired when I recorded the interviews. That was the same day as a table tennis tournament. That's the last time I do a shoot on the same day I play in a TT tourney.

My film was screened in a movie theater!!!! Arlington, MA, at the Capitol theatre on Mass Ave. It was run by Lau Lapides, a very energetic and encouraging person to be around. Thank you, Lau!

I have finally reached the "Picture Lock" version of my film. Everything is on time according to scheduled goals. Pic includes ungraded, log footage. Next step is to finalize the video transitions, then work on balancing and finalizing the audio. Then color grade.

Come on, people! Another police shooting. (https://lnkd.in/ehVkCh97.) Was it justified? Did fear of "others" play a part? What do you think?

I'm even producing a film about the issue. It's a short film based on the deaths of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. I'm putting my creative stance on the record, and will do so with flair by submitting the film to all the film festivals that I can for the next year. If you care about the issue, help fund my film; at the very least, make a comment with your opinion in the comments section. This crap is happening with or without your input. Cops are put in the horrible position of shooting someone every day. Sometimes it's over-stepping their power, sometimes it isn't. I often wonder what I'd do in the same situation. Would I pull the trigger? Or do I have other techniques in my arsenal?

I've done a lot of job interviews in the past. Employers regularly ask, "How do you de-escalate angry customers?" How do you think employers would feel about me if I said, "I pull out my well-oiled G***k 9mm and blow them away." And yet this is exactly what happens every single day in the United States. Is violence ALWAYS the ONLY answer? Obviously not. But then you get into the gritty details. Is it really that easy to say that violence was not the solution?
