🗣🗣 PARENTS: There is a TikTok challenge/trend/whatever going around right now that encourages kids to steal/destroy stuff from their school...especially the bathroom. 🚽 And then post it on TikTok.

Y'all I wouldn't have believed it except my daughter came home from school today and said their bathrooms are now LOCKED because some kids ripped out the soap dispensers. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

TRUST...if this has reached our tiny little school district...then it is already at yours too.

It seems ridiculous to warn kids about tearing up toilets and sinks, but here we are. Talk to your kids and let them know that YOU know about this. (It's called "deviiouslicks" just fyi).

TikTok is not real life and it makes it look like there are no consequences...but there definitely are. Plus the fact that it's just being a jerk when no one else can use the restrooms anymore.

School is hard enough this year without having to worry about One. More. Thing.

Talk to your kids. Check their social. PSA over.

Teens and young adults are the most at-risk age groups for dating and domestic violence. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, abusers most often target women ages 18 to 24 (though all gender-identities can be targeted by abusers). Dating violence can be especially sinister because young people are often new to relationships, more trusting, more impulsive and may not have learned what healthy boundaries look like. They may be making adult decisions on their own for the very first time. An abuser may prey on this vulnerability, which is why it’s so important teens, and their parents or caregivers, learn the warning signs of abuse and point them out if present.
