My very 1st successful instruments — I used these 2 Turntables to create a talkable Bed of Music by extracting the Drum solos from vinyl and seamlessy Extending this SHORT musical moment using Duplicate copies of the same song repeating the section over and over again always arriving back to the same area of the Drum Solo. This technique made it possible for Rappers to have a clean Drum beat to Rap on and on time beat for the Breakers to dance on. The Turntable SL-23 made by a once unknown company called Technics - the Great Great Great Great grandfather of the 1200 i made the music bed of HipHop with these specific turntables for MCs in 1974. Today, it’s called Rap. This is my contribution to the Culture. ✊
