Step 1️⃣: I created a Stan account. (COMMENT “STAN” for 2 weeks FREE) I love this platform because it’s a simple way to create sales funnels that look super professional and take 10 min to create. If you’re looking for a FREE link in bio, LinkTree works too.
STEP 2️⃣: I created a brand new Instagram account and made sure my bio was very clear what people would learn or receive from following me.
STEP 3️⃣: I created 2 digital products that served my community, one selling for $7 and the other for $27. One of them I added MMR (Master Resell Rights) so they received the template and could use it and sell it as their own. Ideas by niche: Fitness routines, meal plans, calendar for X, natural remedies for X, hairstyles or skin secrets. WHAT IS YOUR THING? We all have one.
STEP 4️⃣: I also purchased an MMR (Master Resell Rights) course that teaches you all the steps to brand yourself, create a digital product and market it on social media that I am able to learn the skills to equip me and ALSO be able to turn around and sell that to others who want to do the same.
STEP 5️⃣: I started making reels to drive traffic to attract ideal followers to my instagram page, promote, educate, and entertain. (I learned this is the course too). Posting 3x’s a day can help you grow faster, but I prefer 7-10 times a week.
✨✨✨THREE X-tra Secrets:
1️⃣Post 6-10 Stories a day interacting and talking about what you posted that day.
2️⃣In Stories, ask your audience what they want to learn.. Polls are best, people love to click but may not type in a box
This should take you about 1-2 hours a day, and one day a 3️⃣week of 2-3 hours to create products, write emails, strategize and batch content for the week.

Okay, so when it comes to Instagram, I never used to have much of a strategy in place with my old account and even when I started a month ago with my new account.
UNLESS, you call throwing spaghetti against the wall a strategy 🍝
I created posts that spoke to my audience’s desires & pain points. I created educational posts, promotional posts and more, BUT, my posts RARELY took off, no one was hooked and not many biting my content.
The turning point?
I started asking this ONE game changing question…
HOW CAN I MAXIMIZE ENGAGEMENT?
* Basically, how can I grab (AND MAINTAIN) people’s attention?
* How can I prompt my audience to take ACTION?
* How can I SHOW Instagram that I’m creating content that my audience finds valuable (and in turn, encourage Instagram to broaden the reach on my content further)?
These days, I ask myself this question EVERY SINGLE TIME I post and make sure I’m leading with content worth consuming. Sad to say low views means no one cares lol
Now, there are A LOT of different ways you can maximize engagement on your posts (and signal to Instagram that your post should be shown to more people), but I can’t share them all in this post, so instead, I’m going to share one KEY engagement strategy that’s been working REALLY WELL for me.
And, that is...
Creating a reel with an attention grabbing hook and then sending people to the caption for all the details.
Prime example? This reel.
This is a SUPER simple way to provide more in-depth value AND to increase watch time (think about it, by the time you get to this point in the caption, my reel has likely played in the background 3+ times). This isn’t a dupe, this is called strategy.

💾 Save this & use these steps on your next reel/post.
1️⃣Share the reel to your stories, and done cover it with a sticker! You want people to watch the full reel. Make it easy for them.
🩷 But before you post in stories build excitement about topic, ask questions, talk about a pain points or problems they need solving that your reel will do exactly that, then post! In other words, lead into it!
2️⃣Check your last 2-4 posts and heart all comments, and make sure you comment back to any comments or will shows the platform you are engaging and creating a community. And of course reply to messages.
3️⃣Go to Instagram pages who inspire you that are in your niche, like and comment genuinely on their post. These are people who do exactly what you do, or similar. Not your ideal client. Show the Instagram algorithm thar you are one of them! It will actually drive your ideal client to you!
4️⃣ be the first one to like or comment on your own reel!
🙌🏼Engagement is SO important make it a priority! Don’t post and ghost!
