One year ago, Eyeth Visual Entertainment host a fundraising event, End of Summer Fest to support MSD-Columbia’s 50th anniversary. It was so much fun seeing the community get together and enjoy the crabs! Now, we will have another fundraising event in California. #deafclubonthego
Chicken Meatballs
Italian Style 🇮🇹
1 whole of well-shredded Rotisserie Chicken
4 eggs
1/2 cups of Parmesan Cheese
1 box of mushrooms
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
1 whole chopped onion
•In a large mixing bowl, add shredded rotisserie chicken, eggs, onion, mushrooms, parmesan, and season over top of ingredients evenly with salt and pepper.
•Gently toss the mixture and break the meat up with your fingertips until the ingredients are evenly mixed.�
•Shape mixture with greased hands into even size meatballs, about 1 1/4 inches each (or about 38g).
•Add olive oil and fry the chicken meatballs.
Ferragosto is a public holiday celebrated on August 15 in the whole country of Italy. 🇮🇹 It lasts through September 1st. That’s when Italian families and friends tend to take their holiday. Catamarans are often to be seen in the Mediterranean Sea. Space can be limited if travel on the catarman. It requires creativity to use up the meat, chicken or veggies for two different dishes! It allows to stretch the food budget while traveling on sea. It may be very relaxing to be a “chef” while being away from home. Italians have their high pride to cook any delicious meals at all times! 🥰

Catalana – Seafood Pasta Paella
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Ingredients for the seafood and fish fideuá for 4 people
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
8 prawns (or 4 prawns and 4 scampi)
Salt
1 chopped onion
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
300 g of chopped monkfish without skin and without bone (if you want to add fish)
3 bags of clams
250 g of squid (or cuttlefish in pieces)
ground black pepper
1 can of tomato frito
1 teaspoon not very full of sweet paprika
400 g of thin noodles or noodles for fideuá
750 ml of fish and seafood broth
8 large and clean mussels
To decorate:
Fresh parsley
Lemon slices

How to make Mexican Vegan Scrambled Eggs ⭐️
The best part about this dish— ONLY 30 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
1 package extra-firm tofu, rinsed and pressed
1 tsp avocado oil for cooking
2-3 green onions
3 kale leaves
1 tomato
1/4 purple onion
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (season to taste)
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 turmeric powder (season to taste)
1/4 tsp salt (season to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Drain the tofu and break it apart using your hands or a fork until it looks like egg scramble. Cook the tofu with the avocado oil. Then mix together the tofu— nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Let it be on medium-low heat while sautéing for 5 minutes until the flavors sink in. Then add the veggies on the side, not mixing just yet till they are sautéed about 5 minutes and then mixed with tofu! Be sure to check the season to taste. Then warm up the corn tortilla for tacos or flour tortilla for burrito before serving!
