Regarding the Cindy James Cold Case

She was found to be killed by an overdose of morphine, flurazepam, among other drugs, not so easily accessible.

Though it does not seem clear she was prescribed any of these drugs, her position could allow for undocumented acquisition of such.

There were reports of drugs in her system (guessing via blood tests) despite no external evidence of administration, save for needle marks she points out.

She was found in the past naked from the waist down but no sign of sexual assault.

Drugs (even in pill form) and even alcohol introduced anally will leave little to no trace evidence and not easily discovered even if one even thought to look for it.

A**l administration has the effect of causing the substance to bypass digestion and go straight to blood stream and thus making the effect even more potent and showing in even higher concentrations during toxicology leading to a determination of overdose.

Nor many would likely know this except a forensic expert or a medical professional…such as Cindy was.

I feel like this and the overwhelming evidence of staging point to a death caused by oneself.

However, I don’t think su***de was the intent but rather misadventure. I think she may not have intended to kill herself but that her ever increasing self-victimization (in both frequency and Intensity) led to a situation she lost control of and could not recover from.
