Do you have the magic touch when it comes to fixing things? 🪄 Heritage Village Apartments is on the hunt for a part-time *Maintenance Person* who can turn a leaky faucet into a work of art and wield a paintbrush like Picasso (well, almost). If you’ve got skills with a wrench, an eye for detail, and can tackle a light electrical issue without turning the lights off for everyone, this might just be the perfect gig for you!

🛠️ *What You’ll Be Doing:*
- Fixing those sneaky little plumbing problems (Drip? What drip?).
- Painting walls like a pro—without getting it on the carpet… hopefully.
- Light electrical work—keeping the lights on and the sparks at bay. ⚡
- Lawn care and landscaping—making the grass greener on *this* side.
- General cleaning and making our residents smile with your fix-it charm!

- A knack for fixing things—whether it's a broken door or a wonky shelf.
- Basic skills in plumbing, painting, light electrical, and lawn care.
- A good sense of humor—because sometimes maintenance surprises can get… interesting!
- A part-time schedule and willingness to work for minimum wage (but think of all the satisfaction you’ll get from a job well done!).
