I have been so hard on myself for like a year because I haven't been drawing nearly as much as I want to.
But I work full time, I have ADHD, I am trying to heal my depression, anxiety, PTSD, and keep from burnout.
I hardly have any energy to do anything when I get home. And with all the issues going on in the US, it's no wonder!
And it's also okay. It's okay that I can't draw much right now. It doesn't make me less of an artist or less of a person.
Healing takes time, and it is not linear. Be kind to yourself.
