Today I am embarking on a 40 day water fast to trigger my body's natural healing ability and pairing it with healing prayer to stir in some supernatural healing to the mix.

What data should I track for this experiment?

I just started wearing an Oura ring, so we will have heart rate, sleep, and activity.

Blood glucose is kind of boring on a water fast for me. Since I am diagnosed as a type 1.5 diabetic I produce a very small amount of insulin, so I don't need bolus or basal insulin when on a water fast. My glucose readings are just a flat line around 70.

I have a ketone meter I could use.

What else should I track?

Experiment Conclusion: Nebulizing silver to remove MAP infection

Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) is a prominant bacteria in our food supply and has the medical research field curious if it is triggering autoimmune diseases like type 1 diabetes.

Silver (I use a "structured alkaline" silver) is a great blanket killer of bacteria.

I chose to nebulize the silver to bypass any digestive filters to have a stronger impact of silver in my blood stream and because the silver playbook for "regular TB" is to nebulize (probably because "regular TB" infects the lungs).

HYPOTHESIS:
If I nebulize silver every day for 4 months as prescribed to remove "regular TB", then I will see a lower reading for my autoimmune biomarkers (GAD, Islet Cell AB IgG).
