The frequency of updating content on your website depends on various factors, including:

-your business goals
-available resources
-industry, and
-audience preferences.

If you can produce valuable content more frequently without compromising quality, then do so.

However, if you can only manage to create high-quality content on a less frequent schedule, it's better to prioritize 'quality over quantity'.

Lastly, it's essential to monitor the performance of your content and adjust your strategy based on audience feedback and data-driven insights.
