After investing over $6000 in Second Century Studios and a year of my life building a business for the city of Clearwater, without reason, they discontinued the successfully managed gallery. Now they want someone else to come in for no compensation and open another business for them.

Clearwater is looking for individuals, small businesses or organizations who are interested in taking over Second Century Studios in Downtown Clearwater, 331 Cleveland St. The space could be used to host an art gallery, pop-up retail business, live performances or community events. Winning proposal will get space with free rent and utilities.
