Dear San Francisco’s 70s Hits listeners,
After 49 incredible years behind the mic at stations up and down both coasts and across the Great Basin, I’ve decided it’s time to turn off the “On Air” light for the last time.
From humble beginnings as an intern in Southern California to broadcasting on one of the most powerful stations in the West — and now wrapping up my journey here at SF70s, which reaches well beyond the Bay — I couldn’t feel more grateful.
My heartfelt thanks to the team at San Francisco’s 70s Hits for the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge of what we now call Classic Rock — and, most of all, to you, the loyal listeners of SF70s.com, for being part of the ride.
It’s been both a pleasure and an honor.
