A Haitian Refugee Center is being proposed on the corner of Rudisill and South Wayne.

“We will keep an eye on it very very closely… The neighborhood association will keep the closest eye on it for sure because parking, in and out, people wondering the streets, we don’t know what will happen… There are going to be so many people watching this place that they (Haitian Refugees) better shave every morning… We are going to try to make sure that they are integrated into the area and if it doesn’t work out, we will be the first ones to point it out.” – Jim Sack, President of the West Rudisill Neighborhood Association.

Riddle me this. Why would you purpose and be in favor of a Haitian Refugee Center near schools and parks when you KNOW you need to actively monitor the group of individuals you are moving in nearby?
