Tracks like "The Profile" illustrate how simple things like being stopped by police for something minor turns into an explosive situation of fitting the description. "Space" and "Tryin' to Make A Move" offer lyrics and beats as an anthem for the block for every Black man whose potential is often overshadowed by the harsh reality of everyday living. The island relaxed beat on "Keep It Hummin" carries the tune of almost a prayer for family and self that starts with how senseless violence affects everyone.
