We are pleased to announce the expansion of content offerings on our free, ad-supported streaming service, VUit. The new agreement grows Syncbak's partnership with CBS and provides VUit with a collection of local and national programming assets for the platform.

VUit's audience has grown exponentially in the past year, and it offers feeds from over 260 broadcast stations.

Syncbak founder & CEO, Jack Perry, spoke with Forbes this week about new and important opportunities in OTT for local broadcasters.

"Jack Perry is the CEO of VUit, a streaming platform for nearly 200 local TV stations across the country. Perry told me that by the end of 2021 VUit expects to have over 300 stations on the platform covering every local market in the U.S. VUit is armed with investments from ViacomCBS and Gray Television, but its target audience is not the 80 million plus cable and satellite households, but primarily cord-cutters and the relatively more youthful cord-nevers. "
