This song in particular has seemed to get me though more than I could’ve ever imagined. In its opening line it starts with, “ The sparrows not worried about tomorrow or the troubles to come. The lilly’s not thinking about the seasons the drought or the flood. The tree that’s planted by the water isn’t phased by the fire. So why should I be? ‘Cause you take good care of me.”
So many times we forget how good God is and how much he truly does take care of every need we have. There are several accounts when God has blessed me beyond measures. Times when I fall short of calling on him assuming it’s all up to me to figure things out or to fix whatever the situation going on is. It’s songs like this one that remind me that God is in control and he does take care of all his children.
We are extremely happy to be back to doing our podcast weekly and starting back with we also would love to hear any feedback or topic ideas or any testimonies. We love not only spreading the love of God but also hearing what he has done for others. As always we hope you enjoy this song and have a blessed day!
