Good afternoon all. Here is the latest update on my foot injury. I will be in a splint for 2 weeks and need to keep it up when possible. I can still work out when I take breaks as long as I don't put weight or pressure on my foot. After two weeks the splint will come off and the boot will go back on and then will see the specialist at 5 weeks for another round of x-rays to check the healing. If all goes well by week 7 I can have 50% weight bearing on the foot and 3-5 months start spartan training up again. Should be ready and at full strength by the first races. Aroooo!!!

Since I am not able to record workouts in the gym anymore I just grabbed a snapshot of my warm-up before doing abs. 6 days to Seattle Spartan Trifecta Weekend. More videos on the way from earlier in the week. Spartan Strong Aroooo!!!
