Got an email from an ad agent yesterday who represents a client and has boards with 3 companies. He indicated that 2 of the companies were displaying the wrong creative for that particular day and to please double check our programming. Guess which company got it right? That's right, we did! We aren't perfect but always double and triple check our programming. We also ride the boards daily and will immediately notice if anything looks incorrect.
It's not rocket science people, but it is customer service. We try hard to get it right.

Got a call from an ad agent Friday before Labor Day wanting his digital boards changed for the weekend. No problem, except he also has boards with the big company in town. Unfortunately, they were closed for a 4 day weekend and no one was available to help him. It's too bad the big guys lost site of customer service. We not only changed out our boards for him within a few minutes, we also donated one near his boards with our competitor so he would have proper representation in that area Labor Day weekend. He was ecstatic. That's how we roll!
