Dr. Gerhold might have the answer to why Lyme's disease is much more prolific in the northeastern states- no lizards. The black legged ticks that carry Lyme's much prefer to feed on lizards if given a choice. Additional possible good news perported by Dr Gerhold is that the bacteria is cleansed from both the lizard and tick when the tick attaches to the lizard.

Remember possoms are also veracious tick eaters.

Amber is being boarded for the week at the clinic and is looking for her forever home. She is 6 years old, extremely friendly and energetic. She does excellent with children other dogs and animals and gets very excited and strives for attention.
She is AKC registered and will need fixed. Records show that she did have one litter of pups in 2014. Because we rescued her, we don't know much other history. Please use messenger to ask me any questions or I can give you my phone number to call me direct.
