The U.S. Constitution's insurrection clause rendered former President Donald Trump unsuitable for the White House, according to a divided Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday.

It disqualified Trump from the state's presidential primary, resulting in a potential legal battle to determine if the front-runner for the Republican nomination may continue in the contest before the country's highest court.For the first time in history, a presidential contender has been disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

In its 4-3 ruling, the court stated that "a majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment."

Following Jonathan Majors' jury conviction for assault and harassment, Marvel has parted ways with him.

Majors, a rising star who has been in Creed III , The Harder They Fall, The Last Black Man in San Francisco, and Disney's Marvel movies, was found guilty on Monday of one count of third-degree reckless assault and one count of harassment as a non-criminal offense.

The domestic incident that occurred in March between Majors and his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari is the basis for the trial, which got underway on December 4th.

Majors was supposed to play the Kang in the next film, "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty," which is scheduled for release in 2026. However, shortly after the verdict was announced that Marvel Studios will not be proceeding with any further projects involving Majors.

Actor, Christian Keyes share story on his Instagram Story on predators playing victim.

Keyes broke his silence on December 15th, reporting that he was a victim of sexual abuse by a billionaire in Hollywood.

He added that the accused person attempted to get into bed with him and offered $100,000 to strip, but he did not provide any identities. Additionally, he mentioned that the alleged person employed "multiple young black men" who were at his disposal whenever he needed them.

Diddy, released a statement on Instagram in response to the allegations that’s making news.

He shared on his account that enough is enough as he silently watched people try to slander his name and destroy his character - stating that the allegations are an attempt for a quick pay day. He denied the allegations, and will fight for his name, family and the truth.

The statement comes in response of more allegations against Diddy, former Bad Boy Executive, Harve Pierre.

According to The Cut, Diddy and Pierre are accused of gang-raping and trafficking a then 17-year-old woman (whose name is unknown) in 2003. A third person, whose name is unknown, was also involved. In the aftermath of the settlement with Singer, Cassie, who accused Diddy of sexual abuse, others have come forth of alleged sexual abuse against the producer, rapper, and entrepreneur.

The lawyers representing the most recent woman, who was 17 at the time, released pictures of Diddy and the victims to the public as proof of their encounter.
