Job Duties:
• Orchestrate entire wedding video process, including all communication, customer service, sales and operational support for 300+ weddings annually
• Support wedding scheduling, billing and management of freelance shooter and editor relationships
• Implement new processes and templates to increase efficiency and profitability
• Aid in creation of full video packages, including content, creative direction, pricing and operations
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
• Strong organization, administrative and time management skills
• Exceptional relationship-building, phone and communication skills, both written and verbal

“America’s Funniest Home Videos” is looking for an audience for the taping of our Grand Prize Spectacular episode on the evening of April 11, 2013 at the Magic Kingdom® Park at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The taping will take place from 11:30pm on April 11, 2013 until approximately 3:30am on April 12, 2013. We’re looking for enthusiastic adults and children who are 10 years of age and older (and able to stay awake at that time of night!)

THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2013
Audience Members (please arrive at 11:30 p.m.)

If you are interested in this opportunity, please RSVP with your name, mailing address, the number of members in your party and the number of vehicles in your party to [email protected]. Please be aware space is limited and we may not be able to accept all RSVP requests for admission. Placement in the main or stand-by audience is at Producer’s discretion. At the conclusion of the taping, each audience member who stayed through the taping will receive one (1) 1-day Magic Your Way® ticket with Park Hopper® option to the Walt Disney World ® Resort in Florida (which will be valid for ninety days).

Please keep in mind that audience members will be asked to stand for the duration of the taping. Please let us know if you have any special needs.

Upon acceptance of your RSVP, you will receive a letter in the mail prior to the taping containing the following:

1. Parking voucher for complimentary parking at Magic Kingdom® Park for the number of vehicles in your party for the date specified above.
2. One (1) Wristband for each member in your party (required for your admission to the taping).
3. Instructions and directions for Magic Kingdom® Park parking.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS REGARDING ATTENDING THE TAPING
The enclosed wristbands may not be sold or transferred

By using the enclosed wristband, you grant the producers of the television program, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (hereinafter, “the Program”), Buena Vista Television, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, their parents and subsidiaries, affiliated companies and organizations, and all of their respective officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns and those licensed to exhibit the Program (collectively, “the Producers”) consent to use your name, voice, picture and likeness in the Program and in publicity and promotional materials for the Program in all media (whether now known or hereafter devised) and all uses of the Program and its contents, in perpetuity throughout the universe. You hereby release the Producers, Walt Disney World Resort, all affiliated sponsors of the event, and all of their respective officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns and their advertising agencies from any liability for loss or damage to you, other persons or property arising out of the use of this ticket. You further agree to comply with all rules and instructions issued by the Producers in connection with the Program and your use of the tickets

Wristband distribution may be at times in excess of audience capacity; therefore, the wristbands do not guarantee admittance to the Program. Taping schedule is subject to change without notice. All persons must comply with the Producers’ security procedures/requirements for the event. Producers specifically reserve the right to inspect any individual’s bags or other possessions carried on his/her person. All persons will be required to submit to an external scan by a hand held magnetometer prior to entry. No weapons are allowed.

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
