I PITIED MY OLD classmate.

I met an old class mate, we had not seen each other for about 30 years.

When I saw him again, this time at a hotel lobby, he was looking simple. He wore simple clothes. I felt touched.

He walked up to me and was glad to see me again. But deep within me I was not impressed with his status compared to mine and poor me, I couldn't hide it.

We exchanged contact details and I could see the joy in him as he collected mine.

I told him I would drop him home in my brand new Range Rover and I pointed it to him. He declined and said he had already called for his car. It looked old, a 2001 Honda Accord.

I invited him the next day for lunch at my house. A part of me wanted to impress him, to show off my success and affluence to him; while another was to discuss opportunities and possibly help him.

He drove to Parkview where I lived. He looked impressed with my home. I had taken a heavy mortgage. In fact, I was heavily in debt. We had lunch. He told me he was into small business and particularly real Estate. I brought up more business discussions, but he didn't sound too interested. I asked him how I could help him. He said he was fine. I even told him if he was interested, I could help him secure some loans. He looked at me and smiled.

He told me he would invite me over soon to his place. His old car came for him. I was grateful to God for what I had.“Fingers are not all equal" I thought to myself. I was lucky. I worked in a good place.

Two weeks later, my wife and I went to see him in a remote area. Initially, my wife was reluctant to go because she was not impressed with the man's status as to warrant our visiting him in his house.

I was able to convince her that we were close friends in College.

We saw the Estate. We asked for directions to his home. Those leading us spoke his name with deference.

It was a simple but lovely home.

A house boy po!soned the entire Family's Stew Pot

The boy’s master discovered that he had been stealing from him, and when the boy's bank account was investigated, a huge account balance was discovered.

The house boy had bought an iPhone Pro Max for his girlfriend...when the boy realized his master had found out about all his escapades and stealings, he poisoned the stew cooked for the whole family with snipp*er.

At night, when the master's wife decided to serve the food to everyone; she realized the stew had a different smell, like some chemical substance was poured inside.

She raised alarm and started questioning the boy, because he was the only one left at home when she finished cooking. They had to buy a chicken and feed it with the food which immediately killed the chicken.

The boy had to confess that he was responsible for the ev!l act.

How My ‘Yahoo’ Son Tried To Remove My Eyes For Money Ritual – Delta Woman Narrates

Emma Eregarnoma invited his mother, Mrs Oke Eregarnoma, to his house on Caroline Street, Okuokoko after he persuaded her that he had a surprise package for her.

On getting there, she said she saw Emma in an unusual joyous mood, after he welcomed her in. He then increased the volume of his musical gadgets. Oke alleged that her son suddenly locked the door and made moves to strangle and pluck off her eyes, just as she screamed for help, adding that no one heard her due to the loud music.

She said after fighting with his son for some minutes she regained her strength and ran outside for help, while neighbours came to her rescue.

Mrs Oke Eregarnoma, while narrating her ordeal to journalists on a hospital bed where she was recuperating, recalled that before the attack, her son boasted that “he must drive GLK this week.

The suspect was consequently apprehended and taken to the police station. Emma was detained at the Orerokpe divisional police headquarters in Okpe Local Government Area, Delta State over the incident, which occurred on Tuesday in Okuokoko community near Warri.

The acting Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident, adding that the suspect was in custody.

ENUGWU-UKWU LANDLADY POURS HOT WATER MIXED WITH PEPPER ON TENANT OVER RENT INCREMENT.

A woman identified as Amaka Okonkwo has allegedly poured hot water mixed with pepper on tenant over rent increment.

The incident which happened at Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka local government area of the state was said to have taken place on Thursday.

According to the victim, Imabong William, from Akwaibom who is currently receiving treatment at Zion hospital Nawfia, her landlady Amaka asked her to vacate the house over her inability to pay the new rent increment noting that her rent expired last month.

She explained that she demanded for sometime to enable her get a new place but unfortunately while she was washing her clothes on Thursday the said landlady poured her hot water mixed with pepper from behind.

Although the alleged culprit, Amaka Okonkwo has been arrested and currently at the Nimo police station, sources said she's still boasting of walking scot free from the police net.

Reacting to the news, the women and social welfare Commissioner, Hon Ify Obinabo who rushed to the hospital where the victim is recuperating thanked Enugwu-Ukwu Women for their timely intervention of the situation and for arresting the perpetrator.

The Commissioner who spoke through her aide registered her displeasure over the incident and promised to get justice for the victim.

She went further to warn that Anambra state government will not take lightly with anyone found culpable of assault of any kind and went on to advice the public to always report crimes and misdemeanors at the appropriate channels for quick intervention.

Speaking, the woman PG of the community Lady Chiegbunam Nwosu and Mrs Florence Okoye thanked the state government for responding to their call and stated that the community is not in support of the dastardly act mated on the Akwa Ibom Victim.

Good day Mummy's in the house. This was what my Mum experienced today at her work shop. A man brought two 5liters of palm oil to her shop that he is a driver and that he bought it on his way coming to Kano bcos he wants to take it home to his family but unfortunately when he called his wife at home,she told him that they don't need oil but food stuff and that he don't have money. Out of pity,my mum bought the oil because she believes it will be useful to her bcos she sells food. On getting home to use part of it,this was what she saw,water😭😭😭. Please🙏 let us be very careful out there bcoz some people are heartless.

Tragedy as ESUT Final year female student is found dead with her lover in her room.

In a heart-wrenching turn of events, the vibrant and brilliant final-year student of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Mbah Ezinne, has tragically lost her life, leaving her friends and family in shock and sorrow. Known for her radiant smile and lively presence, Ezinne was a student in the Department of Anatomy and a cherished member of her church community.

As Sunday dawned and the church service began, friends and family attempted to reach Ezinne through calls, only to find her phone continuously unreachable. Concerned about her absence and silence, worry grew among those who knew her. Efforts to contact her persisted, but her phone remained off throughout the morning, deepening the sense of unease.

Worried for her safety and wellbeing, her brother embarked on a journey to her residence in Enugu. Arriving in the afternoon, he made a grim discovery. Peering through her window, he found Ezinne and a male friend, who happened to be her coursemate, lying lifeless on the ground. Overwhelmed by shock and disbelief, he took desperate measures to access the apartment.

Seeking assistance from neighbors, he was advised to involve the police before any further action could be taken. The local authorities were summoned, and the victims were rushed to the hospital. Tragically, Ezinne had already passed away, while her male friend clung to life with medical intervention.

I am a legally married woman with no child and My marriage is 15 years. I reside in Lagos.

I am not the type of woman that monitors or interfere in my husband business or his staffs. Though I know some of the staffs but not much closeness.

7 years ago 4 youths corps served at my husband office but one lady among the 4 corps member was later retained and employed as a secretary to the director who is my husband.

Though my husband told me when his secretary wanted to do her wedding at Port Harcourt 4 years ago. I didn't go but being my husband staff, he went with some of his friends. Less than a year after the wedding the Secretary gave birth to twins. I even went to visit her at home in gbagada, Lagos with gifts for the new babies then. When I asked for her husband I was told he is out of the country. I never knew I was being fooled.

December 22, last year, the Secretary gave birth to another baby in a private hospital where my immediate sister got employed less than 3 months as an accountant. It was my sister that witnessed everything and told me.

The lady I thought is just a secretary is my husband-wife. The wedding the Secretary did in port Harcourt then was between her and my husband. The twins she gave birth to then and the new baby she just put to birth are my husband children. The house I went to visit her in gbagada was bought to her by my husband with a saloon car.

My husband didn't deny it when I confronted him. Even his parents and siblings all knew about it. I didn't know I was in darkness for years.

I am still in the shock because all is still like a dream to me. I asked him of my offensee to have punished me that way but he said I did nothing wrong.

Now I fully believe men are evil and their place is hell.

Since that the whole secret was exposed I have been mentally sick and disturbed. My heart is wild now, and at any time I can do and undo.

What should I do?

Sad News💔😭

A sad incident occurred recently involving a lady named Bridget Stephen. She passed away in her room, and her body started to decay with maggots. Shockingly, her neighbors only noticed after several days.

Bridget's passing was a surprise, as she seemed well until then. Her doors and windows were shut, and her phone had no battery, but she was still listening to music with her earphones on. There were no signs of struggle before her unfortunate death.

56year old man arrested for allegedly defiling 11 year old biological daughter

One Mr Ọkpara, a 56 year old man has been arrested for allegedly defiling 11 year old daughter in Anambra.

The 56 year old suspect who is resident in Fegge Onitsha is a native of Adazi-Enu in Anaocha local government area of the state.

This was made reported when a good Samaritan noticed that the young girl is limping, upon interrogation she revealed that the father usually do have carnal knowledge of her every night and threatened to kill her if she ever tells anyone hence the reason why she hasn't raised alarm.

According to the victim, the suspect who is her father started taking advantage of her after her mother's death in 2020 and became overly protective of her by not allowing other family members, friends and relatives to come close.

Although Mr Ọkpara denied the allegation stating in his defense that his daughter's inability to work properly is because she fell from the refrigerator, but test results from the hospital where the victim was taken to says otherwise.

Reacting to the news, the women and social welfare Commissioner, Obinabo who deployed her staff to the scene of the incident promised to get to the bottom of the case assuring that justice must prevail.

Meanwhile the suspect will be arraigned before the Children, Sexual and Gender Based Violence Magistrate court in Awka on Wednesday.
