Day 2 @ NC rhododendron festival. And this morning I had so much fun today walking around the street fair and going to the queens brunch. I also enjoyed getting to see all the contestants again and can’t wait to see how the girls do tonight. Good luck to you all!

Hello Wilmington,
I had such an amazing time last night at the 77th NC Rhododendron festival in Bakersville. I had the honor of dancing at the pageant. Afterwards we headed over to the street dance. I had so much fun getting to meet all the wonderful contestants and some former queens. Good luck to all the contestants, crowning is tonight.

I had such a great time at the NC strawberry 🍓 festival. Last night was the Strawberry Encounter, where I got to meet all the Strawberry royalty. Today was the Strawberry Luncheon, the food was delicious at both events. If you have never been to the festival you are missing out. I tasted some of the best strawberries I’ve ever had. After the lunch was the parade. Thank you to the NC Strawberry committee for invited me. The roads of Chadbourn were lined with thousands of people. The float was amazing. Today I volunteered Wreaths Across America - Official Page at Wilmington National Cemetery. What a humbling and amazing event. It was my first time attending and I was so honored to be involved.

Last night I had a great time at the East Coast Jingle ball raising money for Juvenile diabetes foundation of NC and for The Autism Society of NC. The love and support of our community for these two organizations was amazing. I can’t wait to volunteer again next year.

I had a yam good time at the North Carolina Yam festival in tabor city today. The streets were lined with so many people out supporting their community. I had some amazing lemonade from Luke and roses lemonade then sat down and ate a baked sweet potato at the Todd house. What an amazing community
