Aaron was unsure if Katie, a young girl with special needs whom he knew for years, was even verbal, as he never heard her speak.
That is, until John Cena made Kevin Owens submit in 2015, which led her to walking up to Aar and uttering, "Tap Owens Tap."
When asked why this prompted her to speak, she replied, "I never had anything important to say before that."
Aar relayed this message to his old friend KO, who told Cena, who then overnighted a care package to Katie.
